    All packaging containing our Chaga is reusable & refillable upon request. We weigh & refill clean jars at local farmers markets. We aim to have all packing compostable by June 2023.

    Shipped with 95% post consumer materials. Our efforts and responsibility for landfill prevention.

    Black Bird Mushrooms is always 100% pure Chaga mushroom, no fillers or additives.

    Our Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is sourced from wild birch trees located in the Canadian Boreal forests. Chaga is considered the Monarch of all herbs due to its diverse health benefits. Chaga absorbs and concentrates many valuable enzymes, nutrients & healing compounds that are bioavailable to the human body. 

    Consult your health care practitioner or physician prior to consumption if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, using blood thinners, or if you are allergic to Birch trees.

The name Black Bird Mushrooms was inspired by the raven, we continue to have regular raven sightings while foraging. We believe our sightings of the raven is a positive omen. The raven is also known for being intellectually advanced.
